Through The Wringer

In the last ten days, I experienced several crimes. The material ones are these: a cabin roof was stolen -- say, ten square metres of roof, with roof beams. My house was ransacked -- a total raid of the place. My vehicle was vandalised -- a headlight housing struck with violence. Apart from that, someone tried to force their way into my city pad, while I was home (elsewhere on this blog). OBSERVATION: Needless to say, this is quite some turmoil. Someone said to me a while back, in a similar situation: "I don't understand. How can you be so calm?" I will say, I do not get distressed as I used to. One's perspective changes.
