Unpublished

My late wife Mirjam, before she died, told me she had had offers from three publishers for her work -- her doctoral work -- but she said she did not like one of the three. The same day that she died, I asked her to remind me who the publishers were. But she was past remembering. Shortly after she died, Springer got in touch. Where was the manuscript? What was taking her so long? But they failed it on technicalities -- not because of what it was. The publisher which she didn't like -- I discovered who that was. But the third publisher? To this day I don't know who it was. It was, I think, a US publisher. OBSERVATION: Her work has not been traditionally published but (see a recent post).
