Antebuka As It Was

It's just a pretty picture, taken off 8 mm film. My sister A is in the foreground, my mother in the background. I am hidden in this photo. It's the Protestant Church HQ of Antebuka, Tarawa, (now) Kiribati. It was 1968, and there was hardly anything there, besides coconut trees. In the years which followed, Antebuka became a thriving centre, with many buildings and a large maneaba or meeting house.
