Fragile and Uncertain

Something that a minister sees, which (I think) the public generally does not, is the "ease" with which people can die. This is, of course, because a minister sees so many people in illness and in death. Often people are killed by something that seems like nothing. After all, a great many big things start out as small things. A dizzy spell, a little breathlessness, a back-ache, stepping on a nail, eating a pizza, and so on. It makes one aware that life is very fragile and uncertain.
