Today an editor in the Land of Oz completed a concepts-critique of my magnum opus. There is some work to do -- however, I do not foresee any problems. I feel more at ease now. This is another important step along the way. OBSERVATION: The editor "very much enjoyed" my book -- or most of it. He was outraged by my finish. I have joked that the publisher should put a lollipop inside the back cover, to appease readers. I am reminded of Dublin Mayor Daniel O'Connell who, when he came to the death of Nel in Dickens' The Old Curiosity Shop ("She was dead. No sleep so beautiful and calm") flung the book from a train window.
