I visited a local hospital, the Vincent Palotti. When I went to pay my parking fee at the automat, a man (dressed in matching colours with the automat) was operating the automat on behalf of visitors. I said, “I thought the machine is supposed to replace you.” He said, “If only it would work.” There were two people, in fact, helping the automat. Behind the scenes, there was a woman monitoring information which the automat was feeding her. Therefore the man at the automat was in continual contact with the woman, through a radio transceiver. OBSERVATION: In the old days, they had a more efficient system: a person in a cubicle.
