Extortion Tutorial

This one's a quick tutorial, in case one would wish to become an extortioner. This is a four-step letter -- recommended for its more subtle approach, not like the thugs do it. One writes something like this: 

1.  You could suffer the following consequences *

2.  it's only a possibility, mind you

3.  unless you want to be sure, and

4.  give us this, or pay for that ...

OBSERVATION: * One could get hit over the head, one's car wheels could be stolen, one could incur financial penalties, etc. While a sequence such as the above may not in every case be extortion, it would be suspect -- particularly if it doesn't "sit well" with one.
