Social Commentary
My social commentary continues. About every second time I visit my pharmacy -- two suburbs away -- they make some calamitous mistake. The last time I went, I needed a few prescribed medications. They were out of stock of one of them -- a vital one -- which happens at the same time to be about the most common thing on the planet. However, they did not inform me that they were out of stock -- they simply sealed my medications in a bag, smiled, and said have a nice day. Afterwards I received an SMS: "Please collect your script." Of course, haha, no problem at all. I shall drive out there and stand in the queue. OBSERVATION: There is the option of delivery, although the Internet points out that that may be hampered by processing, infrastructure, traffic, logistics, and crime, and this may "add extra days". The photo is a generic one.
