In city ministry, people from all over the world pass through one's Church. A Chinese woman accepted Christ in my vestry, and I encouraged her to publicly commit to the Church in China. She wavered. There was opposition to the Church in her area, she said. Then I received this e-mail: “Dear Rev. Thomas, This is the Chinese girl who was in the Church last year. I just want to send my regards to you and the Church, I have been bimptized [sic] in China. I would love to hear the words from you. Kind regards, God Bless.” OBSERVATION: An example of doing missions in a strange kind of way. It often happens, nowadays.
