Inexplicable

While this happened many years ago, it seems worth recording as one of the most inexplicable events of my ministry. B, a member of the Church, was not feeling well, so he drove himself to the hospital with his wife J (she didn't drive). The hospital decided to keep him overnight for observation, so J called some friends for a lift home. They briefly called on B, and B asked them to fetch his pyjamas. So the friends set off for home with J. On the way, J said, "We don't need the pyjamas." Her friends said, "Why do you say that? B asked for them." She said, "He just died." And she was right.
