The ink has hardly dried on my post Turmoil, Listed when, a week later, I have been subjected to another search, again to one of my vehicles. This is Raid Twenty-Eight. This one seems to bear the same marks as others: slick entry and exit through locked doors, and an absolutely thorough search, for example inside the car's ventilation. I took photographs this morning. This was not a common break-in (I am familiar with those). OBSERVATION: And I have had enormous trouble trying to report such incidents to the police, to the extent that I fear to try. It should not be so.
.
POSTSCRIPT: Security officers of ADT informed me, rightly or wrongly: "It can only be the police." I struggled with myself as to whether I should reveal this. It is possible that ADT were mistaken. I am not in a position to judge it. I do know that the law permits the police (conditionally) to search a vehicle without warrant.
