I took this photo of my sister-in-law recently, enjoying an earthy complaint about municipal corruption. OBSERVATION: People tend to assume a kind of dualism -- that one party is corrupt, while the other is not. I know through (among other things) my counselling sessions that in reality there is corruption both in government and in the official opposition, not to speak of all the rest. The question then is the extent of that corruption, and how it is addressed. It would surely be true to say that there is corruption in every one of us which we need to overcome.
