God gave me the privilege of seeing a racial transformation in my old Church. In my eyes, this was based on love. My greatest distress was to see that people were not treated with love. In the world, the love is simply not there. And sometimes the world comes into the Church. Then the love is lost in the Church. The greatest binding factor which transcends race is, in my view, a shared spirituality -- and shared means spoken about and lived out. And the most important aspect of that, in turn, is the priesthood of believers, week by week, Sunday by Sunday. OBSERVATION: But the priesthood of believers should not be misunderstood. Perhaps I shall post on that soon.
