Over a period of about ten years, I was one of the best known electronics designers in the world. This award says "most widely published" electronics project designer (pictured). I received it in 2005 from the world's no. 1 electronics publisher Wimborne, "in recognition of an outstanding and highly acclaimed author". OBSERVATION: Called the Gold Medal Award, I don't know what happened to the gold medal. I shook the envelope but nothing fell out. I would have expected 10 ounces. I have a very high regard for Mike Kenward, the publisher. He has been underrated, for what he did for the UK.
