In urban ministry I had a quip: "If it can be stolen, it will be stolen." Unfortunately, that is true not only of ministry. Someone stole my car's / automobile's spare tyre recently, and a titanium wheel spanner. This is a Cape Town minister, helping me out today. He obtained a badly worn spare (pictured) -- for nothing. Here he is pumping it up. He says: "Hopefully it won't be worth stealing." OBSERVATION: It's a problem, in South Africa. Among other things, theft has an impact on the efficient functioning of society.
