I have featured this Church before on my blog, yet this is a wide angle shot from close up. It is the Dutch Reformed Church Riviersonderend ("River Without End"), 100 miles east of Cape Town. It is built in the neo-Gothic
style. The foundation stone was laid in 1937. OBSERVATION: For a small-town Church,
it would seem to have an unusual emphasis on spiritual and
congregational life, with an attendant de-emphasis of its building and
history.
