In my experience, it may be the humblest of people who have a profound influence on the Church. One example was a domestic worker under my ministry. Through her discernment and vision, we established two new Church groups, and two new annual events. Another example was a chef under my ministry. I traced thirteen new members to him. Most people didn't even know his name. OBSERVATION: But come to think of it, it is not merely the "humble" who may be so effective in the Church. One should include those who have natural weaknesses: timidity, broken health, young years, and so on. One ignores "the humblest" at one's peril.
