This is the 19th century Sayed Hassan Ghaibie Shah kramat, or tomb, situated between Signal Hill and Lion's Head in Cape Town. It is painted
white, green, and gold. OBSERVATION: I knew a minister who held a hunger strike in the kramat, demanding that the government open an inquest into the death in
detention of Muslim imam Abdullah Haron. He quit after 67 days, but he certainly made an impression.
