It's another photo of the village Tesselaarsdal, east of Cape Town. The closest house in the photo is derelict. Two elderly sisters put it up for sale recently at R125 000 ($10 000), but one of them changed her mind. The cows are grazing on a flood plain -- land which is useless for any permanent purpose. OBSERVATION: Tesselaarsdal is a village which seems to be laid out at random. It is said to be the "New Greyton" -- a boom town.
