Sometimes, in electronics, an inventor invents something big, then no one gives it an original thought for decades. Looking over radio designs from about 1920 on, I believe I see an obvious design oversight in many receivers. It lies in appreciable signal losses in demodulation -- and existing solutions are too complex -- such as superhet. Last night, therefore, I placed an order for components, so that I may test a radically revised radio that I have in my head. OBSERVATION: I have had radio designs published in the past.
