Today the
press informed me that they had asked the police for a statement in a case in which I was criminally charged. I said to them, you will not succeed -- but I gave them permission to publish anything they found. In this post, I present two things:
• The findings of the Cape Town Cluster (above): "You were never charged." More than that, there was "no basis" for charges.
• The indictment against me (below): a SAPS 496. Charged.
Here is proof, in this post. I was set up within the police. I was set up within the Church. I continue to challenge both parties to deal with this justly. Within the Church, I was set up in other matters, too. Both the police and the Church have been involved in massive stonewalling since. I hope that my stand will prevent the same from happening to other Churches and Christian ministers.
