I reported last week that I told a police officer to go jump, when he announced that he was to serve summons on me. Following three useless summonses in a row, I said to him: "You are playing games!" He did not then serve summons -- however I agreed with the prosecution to be in court. Today, at the courthouse (pictured), I was again turned back. I had again travelled 120 km from Cape Town (about 240 km or 150 mi round trip). OBSERVATION: I shall reserve comment for now. My fellow state witness was stunned. I took the opportunity to search out police and prosecutors, and discuss. I was required as a state witness.
POSTSCRIPT: People have been doing some homework. It seems that there is someone who can be held to account for part of this.
