Home Office

Ministry, if one merely goes by the statistics, is a pressured job. Forbes magazine rates it as more stressful than the job of a mayor. For most of my ministry, I have had both a home office and (less used) a Church office. At one time, I was fairly much tied to my office. Then my late wife Mirjam suggested that we move my office into the house -- which I did. My office now had a view of the lounge, dining room, and passage, and I found myself in the midst of more commotion. OBSERVATION: It might not seem to be a good idea, to bring one's office into one's home. However, this fairly much solved the problem for us. At the same time, we had other measures in place to keep things sane.
