Logistics Of Visitation

The logistics of pastoral visitation can be very awkward sometimes -- particularly in the city. Usually it is much easier in the country -- however, wife E and I came across a particularly curious situation. We visited an elderly couple, but all three entrances to their complex were locked, and there was no doorbell anywhere. We called up a Church member for advice. He said: "Go to the entrance facing west. Look inside postbox number 2. There you'll find a button for flat number 7." OBSERVATION: Of course, one should have guessed it. In fact the button was no longer in postbox number 2 -- it had been moved. But I had the bright idea of looking in all the boxes.
