Last Of The Amakwayi

It's another photo -- a composite of three -- of the funeral of one of wife E's grandfathers, earlier this month. Here, the Church is still filling up before the service begins. The Church eventually could not accommodate everyone. E's grandparents were of the Mqongwe and (once royal) Amakwayi. Her grandfather was the last of the Amakwayi in her clan. He died at 90. This is the Congregational Church Patensie. OBSERVATION: In wife E's culture, one may have many grandfathers.
