Associate Pastor

The man on the left was my associate pastor in city ministry. We mentored him, so that -- among other things -- he attended our meetings. He experienced some extraordinary hardship in ministry, and we discussed many things over breakfast together. Now he is travelling the continent holding Christian rallies. I know that we had some formative part in that. OBSERVATION: The relationship was uncommon, as we were essentially Reformed, and he Pentecostal. We teamed up, with the support of the Church, because of what one calls "positional unity".
