Dependability (Not)

Someone invited me yesterday to hold a presentation on leadership. I am well qualified to do so, and have some things to say. However, I declined. It was a Church which I perceive to be erratic -- or rather, have experienced to be erratic. OBSERVATION: Usually, one is concerned for audiences that a Church should not be erratic. It is good for audiences to know what to expect, and to feel secure -- not have to contend with the possibility of on-again off-again programmes. In the case of this post, dependability is important, too, with regard to who a Church can enlist. This is not an isolated case. I can think of one or two other Churches.
