Since September last year, I have had two sets of records in hand, for the first time at once: RECORDS A show that I was criminally charged. RECORDS B show that there was a cover-up. However, I needed to be sure. It took three months for me to have this confirmed by experts. I had confirmation in December. Here is what the records show. In other words, these are the facts, as opposed to what I might merely think is the case.
RECORDS A SHOW: A person named Valentine made a statement to police. A witness named Valentine supported it. I was questioned, fingerprinted, and criminally charged. I sought to make a statement in my defence. The police refused me my right. I was ordered to appear in court, and released. The case was scrapped. The prosecutor reported: the prosecuting authority removed the police from the case. | RECORDS B SHOW: There was a high-level investigation into what happened. The outcome: I was never charged. There was nothing on paper. I was never a suspect in a criminal case. It was impossible. "Somebody said you did something," but this was without basis. If I was indeed charged, I could sue for millions. The police placed a statement before me, penned on my behalf. I "needed" to sign. I refused. |
