General and Specific

I have delivered many reports in my life. Say a few hundred. If you want to get a tottering organisation off the ground, you need to be more specific than general, and make sure you choose your specifics well. Here's a real example from my own experience. We could have asked members for R130,000 (we needed it). I showed a R20 note and said, If you give that much each week, all our troubles will be over -- and they were. OBSERVATION: Strictly, if every person who already gave would give that much.
