Piracy and Plagiarism

Yesterday, searching for a home for a new electronic circuit, I discovered multiple cases of piracy of my designs, and one case of plagiarism (a ZN414 replacement). It was a former IBM engineer -- if he was a former IBM engineer. OBSERVATION: I myself have sought diligently to acknowledge those whose ideas have merely informed my own. More than being honest, it elevates one's ideas, when they are legitimately interwoven with others'. But these days, plagiarists are not the vain people they once were. They just want the cash. My sister has had various poems plagiarised -- and the plagiarists won cash prizes. So, too, did the IBM engineer.
