Starting Small
I had the extraordinary privilege of being the most-published electronics designer in the world at one time. My designs are still snapped up today -- my next one appears in the March edition of Silicon Chip. I entered through the back door, in 1996. I had a "brand" from the start. All my designs would be surprisingly simple, and (nearly) all would have an innovative twist. In fact when I departed from my brand, people complained bitterly. It didn't matter how good my non-brands were. Anyway, people came to know who I am. It was just a matter of time before I took on bigger projects. One of my simple designs is on the right -- sold by Yebo Electronics.
