Cooking Up a Storm

In African culture, people know how to cater for crowds, and without notice. I took this photo 7 July 2012 -- in very low light, as one sees. The skills one sees here are very valuable to the Church, all over Southern Africa. Members of European stock tend to say, No, it's impossible! It can't be done! It's too late! We don't have the food! We don't have a plan! We don't have the space! We don't have the oven! Where will we get the plates? All this is no problem where African members take charge. OBSERVATION: It is my mother-in-law in the background here.
