Another Pass

There have been four major tasks in getting my book production-ready. First, the manuscript. That passed on my third attempt. Then, copy editing. That, too, passed on my third attempt. Then, typesetting. That passed on my second attempt. Now, indexes. These passed on my first attempt. The typesetter writes this evening, "Please take a look and let me know if you are ready to sign off and move on to production. Thanks!" OBSERVATION: My number of attempts at various tasks, above, is apparently not unusual. A page of my Subject Index is shown on the right. There is a Name Index besides.
