Last Check

The publishers today sent me my book's indexes for a double-check. Actually, it is several checks (typesetter, me, typesetter, me) -- but this is the last of them. The indexes are some 2,000 lines long, although this last check applies only to a small fraction of them. OBSERVATION: Indexes come last. All of a book's page numbers need to be fixed before one can create indexes. Once I have done this check, the book goes into production. It is 354 pages, in what looks to me like a six by nine (large) format. As best I can see, it will appear in hardcover, softcover, and as a Kindle version. It looks to me like a presentation book, rather than a ... call it a utility book.
