Publishable Design

In electronics, I have been working on biasing inputs of about 1 nanoamp. This is perhaps a million times less than what one would normally do. It is beyond my instruments -- and beyond most instruments. Last night, for the first time, I had what I would call a publishable design. OBSERVATION: One might ask, what use is 1 nanoamp bias? There are many examples. Take, for instance, body capacitance. My method will pick this up directly, and easily. Normally, one does it indirectly, so to speak, through an oscillator -- and any indirect detection will be more hungry for components. That means that I am reducing complexity, time, and cost.
