To traditionally publish a book is an enormous work. Today and yesterday, three things came together. The publisher's typesetter and I completed work on the book. I completed an index for the book, which gets entered into the final pages. And I wrote most of a five-page written interview, in anticipation of publication. This is one typeset page (shown). The format is five by eight.
