I haven't posted about operating systems lately, because Linux Fedora has been working so fabulously on my computer, I haven't been tempted to try anything else. Many years ago, I used the Acer Aspire One with a version of Fedora, which was also impressive. But I discovered that a new version of the Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD) was released yesterday (Nomad), so I am seeking to install it as I write. The Big Five operating systems are arguably Windows, MacOS, Linux, UNIX, and BSD.
POSTSCRIPT: Some would say that MacOS belongs under BSD.
