"Truly, I’m tired of having my ministry disrupted by no-goods. Lately, my tolerance threshold has been crossed. Today a special Communion service was disrupted [it was a Tenebrae service]. My usual 'Let’s do this later' approach failed [I typically asked disrupters whether we could do the disruption after the service]. I spoke to the disrupter -- kindly: 'This service is about the sufferings of the Lord Jesus Christ, it’s not about you.' But it was clear that we couldn’t continue -- so I had him removed from the Church. Someone said to me afterwards, 'Under any circumstances, it was a tall order to deal with that.' And someone said, 'But it was about him -- it was about God so loved the world.'”

Exasperation
Here's an old post, that I shelved -- due to the exasperation expressed in it. It finally sees the light of day today. I was fed up with disruptions to my ministry -- which are quite typical of a thriving urban ministry:
