Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment. How frequently does it occur in (within) Churches? In my experience, it does happen, throughout Churches, though not very often. If my own ministries are anything to go by, offenders within the Church were reported to me about every five years. In most cases, members felt capable of addressing the incidents themselves. In a few cases, I intervened. In the moment, I think of male-on-male incidents (chiefly), male-on-female incidents, female-on-male incidents, and paedophilia. OBSERVATION: Churches are fairly safe places, and harassment through force is almost unheard of.
