In city ministry, there was a man who considered that I was walking on his turf when I approached our Church office. He pressed in on me and shouted abuse. One day, I called a security officer over to help me. Eyeing the man, the officer said to me, "You understand that I cannot act. I can only speak politely with him, nothing more. I daren't do otherwise." He was about to meet his Moses. He had hardly been speaking politely for a minute when I heard him scream: "Shut the @#$% up! I'll @#$% you up, do you hear me!?"
