It was the best of times, the worst of times. Just as people struggle with the failure of the water supply and electricity supply (turn off your water and electricity, and you too can have the experience), a new communications tower has been erected about a block from where I am now (pictured). It hasn’t yet been commissioned, so one still struggles with an Internet connection. It really was needed long ago. The rest of us can hardly imagine life – let alone business – without cheap(ish) and reliable communications.
