Christian Transformational Leadership

I received a surprise message this week. In 2010, I obtained an MTh (Master of Theology) cum laude for defining and critiquing Christian Transformational Leadership -- the dominant Christian leadership model in the West. Now a doctoral student contacted me -- his dissertation is about Christian Transformational Leadership. He writes, "Thank you for doing the breakthrough work on the field." OBSERVATION: My work has been widely cited -- even in Iran! Basically, in the 2000's, I saw that Christian Transformational Leadership was deeply problematic, and apparently ruining many good leaders. But the statistics weren't there to make the case. I therefore developed a method of critiquing it: I turned to linguistics.
