Computers As Constructs

I blogged "in passing" about an article that I wrote on computers as constructs. In the meantime, the article has emerged from complete obscurity, and is easy to find on Google. This is not to be taken for granted, with the very many people who are interested in how one constructs computers, not computers as constructs.
