Spiritual Education

Before Christmas, I met with a bishop. I wrote to him afterwards: "I think the most important thing I have learnt during this time is fearless faith ... I have shed a lot of the fear of men. I have been hugely threatened ... At first, every threat opened up a black hole in my soul. The last one, which was just a week or two ago, I handed it straight to authorities and I said to the person concerned, you've crossed the line." OBSERVATION: David wrote: "I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me round about" (Psalm 3:6). One finds David's reasons in the Psalm.
