During my urban ministry, I was attacked by a crowd. I duly went to see my doctor, and he made handwritten notes at his desk. I read them as he wrote them. But the next time I saw him, I noticed that he had significantly altered his notes. I pointed this out to him. He said emphatically: "You can't, you can't read upside down!" (I had been at the other side of his desk, so his notes were upside down to me). I said: "Do you want me to read upside down?" I read off several lines of his handwritten notes, upside down. I said: "I can read it perfectly upside down." There was stunned silence -- a long silence. Later, he made a statement through his attorneys: He never made notes in front of his patients, and I had been seeing things. OBSERVATION: (This post is all of it written from the record, not from memory).
