After The Fact

Sometimes, what happens after the fact may speak as loudly as the fact itself. In 2013 I was criminally charged, and exonerated. I was criminally charged again, and exonerated. This seems to be common knowledge. Then I asked to see the information on which I had been charged. There was determined resistance, then desperation. A docket vanished. Finally the information officer quit. Most recently, Colonel Lento asked me if we could start again. I said yes. I have not yet handed my affidavit to the Colonel, but it details multiple offences, all clustered around that information, and all designed to stop it. Several people laid their careers on the line through false statements and intimidation, among other things. It is all on record. The obvious question is, why do so many offences surround this information? OBSERVATION: I have said to my old Church, Sea Point Evangelical Congregational Church -- because this involves the Church -- you need to deal with this in a healthful way. Address it. But the Church is silent. And to think that this saga started (with others) with a man whom the Church then put in charge of my final payout -- one month after he was involved in charges against me, one month before the charges collapsed. I said it needs a complete review.

POSTSCRIPT: I succeeded in filing a statement with the police. This was not to be taken for granted.
