An Indigenous Meal

Here's a dish that they served up for wife E. in Dassiesfontein last week. What is it? It was once my father's favourite dish -- but few would know it in my culture today. It is offal -- in this case, curry offal -- much loved by "indigenous" South Africans, many of whom grew up in the countryside. OBSERVATION: It is a traditional portion, too. If you want to be a proper host in South Africa, your guest will not be able to eat any more.
