"My" Mail Again

I have blogged before about people who have received e-mails from "me" which I never wrote. That is, the e-mails were not merely sent in my name, but people forged my Internet address. A webmaster friend tells me that this requires special expertise. I know about "my" e-mails because some have bounced back to me -- typically due to a full mailbox or an invalid e-mail address at the other side. Now here is a puzzling one (above). Recently an e-mail from "me" bounced back to me from Government Auditing. I myself had not been in touch with Government Auditing, ever. One sees that the e-mail bounced back because it was deleted automatically. The question then is, why? Were there e-mails before this one which had "me" blacklisted? Did my e-mail contain inadmissible content? Did "my" e-mails pose a risk to someone inside Government Auditing? And why was "my" e-mail sent to Government Auditing at all? OBSERVATION: There is a possibility that this is linked to ministry. Do please get in touch with me if you have any suspect mail from me, and I can confirm whether it was me or not.
