made this drawing at seven years and two months, on Tarawa, which is about one degree north of the equator in the Pacific. My drawing depicts four staple foods we ate at the time, and two drinks. Can you name them?
OBSERVATION: The shrub is
te mao, a kind of Scaevola. It is a medicinal plant, from which one also makes pop-guns. I'll give one away: the structure is a well.
