I took the photograph today in Heidelberg, a few hundred kilometres east of Cape Town. It is a monument to Afrikanerdom, as one finds in most South African towns. Having an unreliable connection to the Internet at the moment, unfortunately I have no further information on this magnificent Church, but that it is a Dutch Reformed Church (a unique form of Presbyterianism). OBSERVATION: This one reminds me a little of Aurora Dutch Reformed Church. With sharp shadows, I selected a high dynamic range on my Fuji.
